Mission Statement
Gus Brown is a new band in South Africa creating our first album called #Fullcollision. Please help us to achieve our ultimate goal of creating something awesome that we can present to radio stations across South Africa in an effort to become a household name in our beautiful country.
The money we are looking for will go towards recording our album, having hard copies made and creating music videos for some of our tracks, everybody who donates will have the chance to be in one of our music videos. We are not just asking you to part with your cash but are asking you to come on board and share in our adventure whilst getting rewarded for your amazing support.
We are running a rewards program which will put the fruits of our labour directly into your hands for far less than you will be able to get it once it hits the shelves, not only that but each CD will be a signed by the band specifically to you. We will also be giving out shirts that say thanks for the support that people can wear with pride knowing they got involved in a new and exciting venture.
We really thank you for at least taking the time out to look at our project and really hope you will help us to achieve our dreams!

Here is a little bit about the band
Gus brown formed when guitar wielding brothers, Dale and Nick, caught the gaze of lead singer Gavin while jamming around a fire back in 2012. Escape was futile, and before they knew it, Gavin had raided Dale's catalogue of original tunes. A band was born on Gus Brown Road.
Hungry for more brothers, Gus Brown couldn't resist the musical genius of twins, Barry (bass) and Ryan (drums).
Together they bring all the beautiful elements of a dysfunctional and yet banging funk family.
As precious artists they hate to be pigeonholed into a genre, but we can describe them as soulful funk. Inspired by the likes of Jack Johnson and Dave Matthews, but truly a unique sound experience.
Splashy Fen and White Mountain have been highlights of Gus Brown's calendar in the last couple of years. "We enjoy the diversity of playing in a variety of venues, we always love to get the guys dancing" says Dale.
They are in studio right now working on their first EP. "We are excited to unleash our sound on the SA music scene" says Gavin. "There is much more to come".
Kindest regards
